Mitote Food Park

Santa Rosa

Why I'm intrigued

I love a great food truck park, and this one rotates regional Mexican kitchens.

What it's known for

The word mitote comes from Nahuatl meaning 'a party or gathering,' and the open-air park in Santa Rosa's Roseland neighborhood lives up to that. A rotating cast of food trucks offers regional Mexican cuisines spanning Oaxaca, Jalisco, Michoacán, Yucatán, and Mexico City.
