L'Oro di Napoli

Santa Rosa

Why I'm intrigued

Intrigued by the pistachio-burrata pizza, and the lasagna's local reputation.

What it's known for

The Santa Rosa original (the Petaluma location followed in early 2025) is a narrow downtown room built around a proper Neapolitan wood-fired oven, with more than 85% of ingredients imported directly from Italy. The thin-bottomed, puffy-rimmed pizzas have earned a following.
