One of the best prix fixe menu deals in the county and you will leave full. Exceptional Day Boat Scallops en Croute. My husband and I decided to share that dish. I won’t be sharing next time. I want my own.

What it's known for

Brothers Dustin Valette and Aaron Garzini opened Valette in 2015 in the historic building where Chef Valette's grandfather once operated a bakery. Now celebrating its tenth year, it holds Michelin recognition and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. The 5-course tasting menu at $75–$95 per person is exceptional value at this level of cooking, sourced from a chef's estate garden 100 yards from the restaurant. Warm, intimate, and open-kitchen. Their scallops en croute is outstanding. Their prix fixe is one of the best deals in the county.
