Opened in 2016 by Chef Kyle Connaughton and Head Farmer Katina Connaughton, SingleThread holds three Michelin stars and occupies a unique position in American fine dining. The meal is a Kaiseki-inspired tasting menu entirely customized to guest preferences, with ingredients drawn from the Connaughtons' own farm minutes from the restaurant. The full experience runs $425+ before wine pairings; a shorter 7-course menu is occasionally offered midweek. Five guest rooms upstairs make this an overnight-worthy event.
