Why I'm intrigued
Louisiana meets California with smoke sounds like an amazing combination. I love Cajun food and the idea of it paired with local CA produce is very appealing. Pending a visit.
A Louisiana-meets-California soul food shack with smoke, fire, and serious intent. Sonoma Magazine featured it as a new kind of BBQ presence in Guerneville, with strong word of mouth in local food groups. Fits the same spirit as A&M BBQ in Sebastopol but is more about soulful Southern flavors, not just BBQ.
