What it's known for

Leah Scurto is a four-time national pizza champion. She applies a slow cold-ferment process to New York–style dough, bakes in an electric brick oven, and tops the pies with California ingredients. A 2025 Slow Food Snail of Approval recipient and SF Chronicle Best Pizza honoree multiple years running. Looking forward to checking it out.
