Brothers Omar and Ivan Galvan built a loyal following with three bright-red food trucks before opening their first brick-and-mortar beer garden in January 2026 in Cotati's former Jaded Toad space. The outdoor-only setup has communal picnic tables, large-screen TVs for game day, and a menu anchored by quesabirria and fully loaded carne asada fries. Early reviews note the food is still finding its footing after the move from trucks, but the energy is good and the kitchen's intent is clear.
